Questions, answered

What can I sell?

The coins you can sell are listed in the app with their networks. Each coin shows the network it must be sent on. We add more coins over time.

How long does a payout take?

Your deposit is converted as soon as it is confirmed on the network, and the payout is sent to your bank right after. Most bank transfers arrive within minutes, though timing can vary by bank.

What does it cost?

Our fee is built into the rate you see, so there is no separate charge. The network fee for moving your crypto is taken from the deposit and shown in the app before you send.

Is there a minimum?

Yes. Each coin has a minimum deposit, shown in the app before you send. Deposits below the minimum are not converted, so please check it first.

What if I send the wrong coin or network?

Only send the coin, on the network, shown for your deposit address. Crypto sent on another network may not be recoverable. If something goes wrong, contact support straight away with your transaction ID.

How do referrals work?

Share your referral link from the app. When a friend signs up with it and sells, you earn a share of every trade they make. Your earnings build up in Refer & earn and you can withdraw them to your bank.
